Wow! 48.4v is 50%?

My multimeter only gives me even numbers. Maybe I’m setting it wrong when testing. Single 12v batteries read 12v when testing. Pack was 51 when I first got it home. It has since only gone as high as 50.

I’m guessing maybe my charger sucks and isn’t doing what it’s supposed to. When I picked up the cart, they pulled it off one of the rack mounted chargers (so a working charger) and my cart came with a different old beat up looking charger that was in the bag well.

I’ll take some pics of my multimeter to see if I’m testing from the right spot on the dial. For now here are a couple pics of my charger.

Nah those Powerdrive chargers are tough as bricks. Drop if off the roof and it'll still work. Might look a little rough, but there's only three things that ever go wrong on those and you can replace all three for about about $60. If the charger hums, it works, and there's nothing wrong with it.

Your highest voltage should be read at rest about 12 hours after charging. SOC voltage is read at rest, so if you're driving and stop for a few minutes the pack voltage should rise and stabilize. Then determine pack SOC based on the chart while the pack is at rest.
The OBC in the cart controls charge current and turns the PD charger On to charger, and Off when it's done. Depending on the version of the OBC, on-charge voltage will vary but should typically be above 58V at it's highest point. Depending on the pack condition you might see as high as 60v or more, but if it does not get above 58V that's almost always an indicator that the pack is on the downfall and needs to be replaced.

Ok cool well I’m glad they are built like tanks.

Just checked and charger is still going. Then turned key on to see volt meter. Here’s the results.
