Default Marine Grade Subwoofer

Need some advice. I'm looking for a marine grade subwoofer to put in the bag well of my 2015 Precedent. Preferably a low profile, 10", since my plan is to mount it to the back wall of the bag well. Would like to keep my wife so the lower the cost the better my chances of staying married after the install.
Any suggestions? Pics of similar installs?
Thanks in advance.

There's several folks on the Bennington Forum that have used the Rockford Fosgate P300-12 Sub with amp and enclosure. It's not marine rated but sounds great and is less than $300.

I ended up going with this one, not marine rated but reviews were good, and I don't see me doing much in a thunderstorm.
