Ok, and was the bucket harness connected to Any other wiring in the cart?

The main thing with making sure all the negatives are connected at the black wire with yellow connector is that it makes sure any energy used by the reducer and accessories gets accounted for by the OBC. If it’s connected straight to the pack negative the OBC can’t sense the energy being used and may not properly recharge the pack. The OBC counts energy usage as the cart is being operated and recharges the batteries based on how much energy was used, plus a little extra to account for some inaccuracy. But over time the extra energy that’s not accounted for adds up, and the OBC may not recharge the pack all the way because it thinks it has fully charged the pack based on its stored energy count.

I don’t know if where the harness was connected would have any effect on the rest of the cart. But since the cart is not working now, either something got shorted out and damaged the controller or OBC, or a fuse blew somewhere.

Thanks for your reply. The bucket harness was not connected to anything else on the cart. I see where I made my mistake with my connections. That makes sense, thanks for explaining.

Do I just start checking all my fuses?

Yep, start with that. Hopefully it's just a blown fuse somewhere.
