Default Alltrax controllers

Ok. I'm so ready to move on. Please help. I have a96 club car Ds series and haven't got my cart to run since bad controller diagnosis. I somehow afforded a sr400 from alltrax (saints to deal with and patient) and can't get movement. My Mexican made mcor won't send a sign my controller acknowledges. I have got mine mailed back yet but alltrax ( Saint Will)made sure my code meant no signal but I could turn the tires with a computer. This should reduce search to brand new mexican mcor4, the Chinese didn't work either or my less than 1 year old mcor conversion harness. HELP I was gonna get a monkey bike but carting seemed like more of a community like vanning

To be clear I can't figure problem between brand new mcor4 that is conductive and a brand brand new alltrax Sr 400. Tires turn if using the alltrax computer bypass.

Please explain the bypass. Sounds like something in the software I am not aware of

When I say bypass, by hitting a few directed codes and screens I was able to run the tires ok for as long as I stayed on computer throttle screen which I guess means all ok if controller can get juice.

No sir. I can't remember anything but I was on phone w alltrax 3 days before we tried it. I did all the easy programming stuff but I remember a sliding arrow throttle on computer. I guess it just made it a controller and motor?
Tx

I guess you see 5 green flash when the solenoid clicks... assuming the solenoid clicks.
But no movement on the throttle progress bar on the monitor page.
