Cart jumps
I have a 2014 i2L excel with xct 48/500 A4 motor high torque and the mph-400 amp solenoid with field map RHMOT A4T -V4 my problem is when I push the pedal as soft as I can it jumps so hard it will pull the front tires off the ground a few times but once it starts to move it does fine when I come to a complete stop it starts all over again I changed the MCOR4 and two speed sensor and magnet no change I been trying to figure this out since January maybe some of the experts on here can help thanks in advance I will try anything y’all suggest

Go into your Alltrax Tool Kit and watch the throttle. You can "soften" it up from there.

Reset the throttle and let it relearn it. Then watch the percentage move up as you depress the pedal. You may have a bad MCOR potentiometer. And yes, I have seen the China made ones bad right out the box.
The tool kit will allow you to monitor what the percentage of throttle is, the curve, and the voltage going to the motor. Between these 3 things, you will identify the issue. |

Tried that to Scotty b sent me a new MCOR4 and tried that same thing happened

It did jump from 0 to 5 pretty quick tried adjusting even more but still jumps it will pick front tires off the ground when it takes off

Not sure if this has anything to do with it but when I put the new speed sensor and magnet on I took it back off to flip the magnet over and the sensor and magnet had scratches on them

Still sounds like a throttle issue. You should be able to put the cart in neutral and then watch the throttle curve on the monitor and see if there are any issues.
