When I say "better", I am going on the hour or so of reviews I've been reading. I've read a Plum Quick motor is a stock motor that they shave the armature, weld on a handle and paint it. Looking at Carts Unlimited, you can buy the motor and controller setup with all the required parts in a kit. Everything I have read about Admiral has been positive.
