Resistor wires burning up
I have a 1994 ds. I am having electrical issues. Replaced the solenoid, V glide, forward/reverse controller, micro switch in vglide, and wiring from vglide to resistors. The second wire from the end nearest the motor wire keeps melting Near the resistors. The resistors are also getting cherry red. . I also checked the motor for continuity.

Re: Resistor wires burning up
Does this cart have the single solenoid? Has like 6 large cables coming off the V-Glide?

Re: Resistor wires burning up
Yes it has a solenoid that I have changed and there are 6 wires going from the v glide to the resistors.
