Your wiring harness shares that negative wire (black/yellow) with the throttle negative and it can sometimes cause issues with the throttle signal.
If you are referring to the 3 wire connector under the dash, no there is nothing connected to it.

No, the single 1/4" quick connector near the key switch, there should also have been a positive red wire with a 1/4" connector near it as well.

Here’s some information I have, hopefully it helps you help me.
Using the Toolkit software.
Key off the controller blinks 5 times green error flags are gray out.

Key on it has 2 green and 4 red flashes. Error flag shutdown and high throttle input under range. Key switch input works, footswitch input works, forward switch input is correct. Says user 3 input, and HPD Satisifed says false. Has the controller temp, battery voltage. But WILL NOT show any throttle percentage when I press the pedal down? Don’t know if that’s because of the error or not?
Do not hear the solenoid clicking. Also without the controller plugged into the laptop it doesn’t flash any color codes? Is that normal?

The Controller should also power with the Key switch.

The User3 input is your charger lockout, ON is correct since the there is resistor holding that line high.

Did You check what the lockout is set for in the Tool kit (High/Low or Floating/NC)?

Was the cart working fine with the old controller and are you still using the ERIC charger?

If so You may need to check the MCOR signal and power at the MCOR 3-pin connector under the floor board.

You should get 5v between White and Purple/White wires.
