emergency battery for 2010 pres. 48 volt

What is the date stamp on the batteries? That would be a good clue if they were newly manufactured and just abused or if they have some age on them. Anything not stamped 2020 I wouldn't consider new.

No. I understand. But it was a business that I bought it from. I'll just get him to check them and see what happens..
