Default Intermittent stopping

I have an 06 precedent. It has brand new batteries. It runs great until it goes over approx. 11 miles. Then it will intermittently fail to move forward after stopping. After about a minute it will start working again with full power and work fine for awhile and then at a stop it moves forward and inch or so then all stop and sometimes the roll away alarm will come on. I can hear the solenoid click loudly before this happens. Is it maybe something that happens as the batteries lose some voltage. I thought maybe mcor or solenoid but not experienced in electrical troubleshooting.

Could be a voltage issue. Need to check pack voltage when it gets to the point of shut down.

I will. Also I keep reading that I should be hearing the solenoid clicking. When should I be hearing this. The only time I hear a click is when coming to a stop I will hear a click as I let off of the pedal. I do not hear any loud click at all when I turn the ignition switch to on or when I press the accelerator pedal.

Install a digital volt meter, they are cheap and will keep you aware of issues with voltage/battery. If not a low voltage/battery issue, go thru all connections and clean/check for tightness. Over time, everything needs a good cleaning!

Yes to all the above. Sounds like it could be a weak/failing solenoid to me.

You should hear a click when switch is on and the pedal is pushed. Go to the "Stickies" section and do a solenoid check. Maybe it'll show up there.
