I知 so confused
Hello everyone,
A little less than a year ago I converted my 2001 club car DS to a solid state cart. I got the 36V to 48V conversion kit from Scotty B and everything was running great at home! Of course I take it on our first camping trip since the complete conversion and I was driving through the campground and the cart just stopped working, no click from the solenoid or anything, just came to a stop. Since I could hear a click in the pedal when I turned the key on, I figured the pedal and ignition were both good. Checked all of my connections and everything is tight. Figured it HAD to be the solenoid since there was no click, but just replaced the solenoid and still not getting anything. Any ideas? -Nick |

Re: I知 so confused
It was the pedal. Specifically the blue wire that activates the solenoid.

Re: I知 so confused
Is this blue wire underneath the floor and covered by a steel plate cover ?? Directly under the pedal ??

Re: I知 so confused
It痴 one of the wires that comes from the electronic pedal. It痴 aftermarket that I installed when I converted the cart to solid state. There are four wires that come from the pedal that go to specific locations: red (ignition/positive), blue (solenoid), green (alltrax speed controller), and black (ground/negative).
