What switches should I be testing? And the same plug?

This may not be the problem, but looking at your wires....they look very old and corroded. I would redo the ends at least to make certain that is not a problem before you start replacing/guessing at more expensive parts.

Are you referring to the wires that go from battery to battery?

Also I ordered a new charging port from amazon. It had the same part number but when it came yesterday I noticed the one red wire by the positive and negative terminals appeared to have a female plug, where I need a male put to, plug into the female wire that goes into the other wiring harnesses. Is this something I can modify to make it work? Because I can’t seem to find one that has male on that end.

I have two of these

This was the original

So on the 10 prong I’m not a zero voltage on the White/Yellow wire Would that mean a new ignition?

Have you used your ohmmeter to check the continuity at each plug as KGSC said above, between: J1 Pin1 to Pin2 and also Pin1 to Pin3 to make sure direction switch is working. Do the same for J4 Pin1 to Pin2, foot switch. Finally, check J3 Red to Red/Yel then from Red/Wht to Org/Red - operation of tow switch. You can also verify wiring to KS by checking J1 Pin9 to Pin 10.
