need stock steering wheel center

I'm assuming it's the one for the Club Car you were talking about the other day, and they're around $52 to buy new.

I'll see if anyone has one at the campground, or try to talk someone into a performance steering wheel and nab theirs.

Its a carryall and don't want to keep spending money in it.Had the cart sanded and polished looks great.Also sid new seats ,tires ss hub caps

Is it completely missing one or is the one that may or may not be on it damaged?

If it's damaged, you can smooth it with some epoxy, sand it, and paint it black with Krylon Wrinkle Finish and it will look good as new.
