Finally got the chance to see the cart in person. I pulled the dip stick and it showed about 1/8 inch above the full mark. Next I pulled the airbox lid and found oil as described in an earlier post. Drained the oil to the appropriate level, cleaned the airbox, and it's running great. Thanks for all the help!
