Is it a new plug also? Can you try another plug? Sounds like you have replaced everything? You have a good grounded engine? If yes you could test the coil and pulsar. It is possible to have bad new parts.

Should have new spark plug wires. Did you set the air gap of the pulsar at .030. The only item left is the ignitor unit may be bad, a black box next to solonoid with 5 wires. You can replace the ignitor with a less expensive 4 pin hei module used on eairler gm autos.

how do you set the gap on the pulsar? Can you be a bit more specific on the GM part replacement? It takes 2-3 monthes to get ezgo parts ordered to my place, car parts much easier.

Down load or view the attached service manual,Go to photo D-10, shows a good view for setting the air gap. The air gap you are measuring is when the metal hump on flywheel is centered on the pulsar unit, which is the firing position.

The 4 pin hei module is not a ez go part. If you mention this part to your local auto parts store, they will know what you are talking about. They can also be found on ebay. They run between 20-40 us$.
