Txt stopped working all of the sudden.. Need help!

I have an 2000 Txt with a few upgrades: 400 amp alltrax controller, 200 amp heavy duty solenoid, 6.5 hp motor, 2 ga wires and a fresh set of t-105s. One day got on the cart to cruise the neighborhood and absolutely nothing happened. I will say this before it died, often when you pressed the accelerator it was extremely jerky. Especially if you gave it just a little gas like to move it a few inches or when pulling it a little forward to center it on trailer and stuff like this you would get and extremely violent jolt of energy. It was almost to the point where it felt as if the front tires would come off the ground. I know it doesn't seem possible but the cart will run about 27.5 on GPS. Any suggestions or advice on where to start.

Is this a PDS drive cart?
Sounds like you may have a problem with the throttle input. It could be that the peddle box micro switch timing is off. If it is triggered late the control has already opened the amperage gate. This results in a hard start.
It's rare, but it does happen

No it is not a PDS. The forward and reverse is under the seat.

Would this explain the hard start and the fact that is does absolutely nothing. Could it be that the micro switch is completely bad?

Has the cart ever worked correctly with this controller in it?

Yes. It worked perfectly fine for awhile. Then it got "jerky" randomly then it became more often.

Mine did that and I needed the bigger brown soleniod. The 200a one was welding itself closed. Change that micro switch in the floor board too. Its only a few bucks is easy to replace. Good Luck.

Test the throttle output signal.
With your digital meter test pin #2 to pin #3
Peddle up reading should be 10v down should be 6v.

What do you get?

I am kinda new to this stuff. When I am testing I an suppose to be reading off the pedal micro switch?

Ok. Quick update. I removed the floor mat and opened up the cover to the box which holds the micro switch. I do not get a reading with the pedal up or down. Which pins should I be reading off of on the switch?
