It's kind of hard to here you but your clutches aren't shifting all the way. By the looks of it you are using the white power spring in your secondary? Get rid of it. It's a complete piece of $hit!

I was using that spring at one time with my clone and it would only do 20mph. And that was with the governor removed. I put the stock spring back in and it would easily do 35.

Mine does 29 and the speed is not my issue. It didnt ride all the way down because i didnt have it floored. I was showing the idle to mid range how it doesnt run as smooth as expected. My old spring sits at 95mm....to short.

You probably need to richen up the carb. Your exhaust and intake look to be flowing well. Now it's time to add a little more fuel.

When i losen the idle air mixture screw it gives more gas and backfires more. I will try it again but this is what has happened.

Typically, a backfire on the intake side (not out the muffler) is usually caused by a fuel-lean condition, or a ignition problem.

I would reset the valve lash. Make sure the choke is functioning properly. Are you still using the stock carb? Is there any work done to the motor or is it completely stock other the intake and exhaust.

Check for an air leak between the carb and the motor.

I purchased a tuned carb and replaced the original. I will check the valve lash. Everything else on the engine is stock. I dont want to start replacing valves, advanced keys or anything. It runs out of the box, so with a tuned carb because of the change in intake and exhaust was a must. So i was told.
