I agree with mike. It appears you still have part of the 4" lift mounted to the top of the shocks. Remove the spacer above the shock and all should be well.

I would like to say thanks to everyone that responded to the thread. I bought the cart with the 4" lift on it so I really didn't understand the installation. I hadn't taken the upper brackets off so that was causing the problem. Again thanks and also thanks for telling me how to post pics.The lift is on and it looks really cool!
