1979 G1 Air filter question
Can anyone tell me if the 1979 G1 had what is being shown as a " Partition " in the air filter canister above the filter? If so, what was it's purpose and what would be the downside if it is missing. Last question, If I need one, any idea where to find one??? Thanks a ton for any help.

Here's one on ebay. I don't know why it would be necessary, but it's there for a purpose. And welcome... |
