Default Gas club car won't rev up

Hi all, this is my first post so hopefully it's in the right spot.

I've been pulling my hair out with my club car. Last week I pulled the starter off to clean the brushes and then re-installed it, it ran great for a few minutes then ran out of gas, since I refilled it, the engine will, at best, idle a bit. It has no power and won't drive.

Kawasaki fe290 1995

I replaced the gas again.
New carburator
Removed air cleaner
Compression is 155
Oil is at dipstick low level
I removed the ground wire to the rpm limiter to see if this affected it ( no change)
New spark plug
Fuel pump has continuous fuel coming out of the tube. Not super strong but does come out.
I bypassed the fuel pump and handfeed had into the carb (no change)
Spark at the boot ( that the spark plug, plugs into) jumps a 3/8" Gap
This seems sufficient, but I heard a white spark may not work under compression and I may need a new coil?
Valves move up and down, and have a gap, I didn't check with feeler gauges, but there is a gap
It seems as though there is no gap between the spark at the plug, it rapid fires very quick, faster than I think the Piston would cycle 4 strokes.

Thanks for any suggestions!!

Unless you got carb from a known working cart or new from cc dealer,It could still be the problem. If you don't have air cleaner hooked up,you need to partly cover air going to carb.

Compression is 155lbs
I did cover the carb a bit with my hand. Slight change but barely.
I'm thinking now maybe the coil is shot even though it still throws a spark???

Spray some starting fluid into the carburetor and see if it'll run on that. If you bought a cheapo aftermarket carb from eBay or Amazon that may be your issue. A lot of them are bad right out of the box.

Have you checked or replaced the spark plug itself?
