If it were mine, for all that trouble I'd just ditch the mods for all the good they're going to do you. You won't miss it going stock and your engine will last longer. Also you can expect to spend about $400-$500 for what you want to do and that's not including labor involved unless you plan to do it yourself. Even then it's going to take you some time to get it done. Figure a solid weekend if you're good and you'd BETTER **** well have a good manual which will run you possibly over $100. Seriously, if this stuff requires heavier springs and stainless valves that extra wear and tear is just transferring to the rest of the engine. You can expect a prematurely worn cam and lifters and you're not doing the block, crank, and pistons any favors. If you want ridiculous speed from a golf cart, either get the entire engine, drivetrain, suspension and brakes built up for the job(lotsa money), or drop a snowmobile engine in it and upgrade the drivetrain, suspension, and brakes. You can't just modify one part and expect the rest to take up the extra load. Otherwise, go stock. They design everything to work together. Imagine a decent football team, except the quarterback is the incredible hulk. Everyone else on the team is going to get destroyed.

Barring that, I'd get on the phone with one of the parts dealers listed on here and explain the setup you have and what you want to do with it.
