Default Gasoline smell

I have a G1, 1982 when I take off from a stop or go slow I smell strong gasoline. Is this normal for 2 stroke carts?

Yep, especially if you have a windshield and no rear window, creates an area of low pressure in passenger area (ever wonder why the back door windows dont open on vans anymore). One suggestion would be add a rear window.
