Needle valve replaced, seat cleaned again, disassembled the fuel pump to check the diaphragm and its in great shape. Even reluctantly sucked on the pulsar line to see if fuel was coming through and nothing. Wonder if the fuel that came in on the last oil change was just residual fuel that was sitting on top of the piston from before I change the needle valve and cleaned the carb. Even took the plug out to see if any fuel would shoot out the spark plug hole (to see if excess fuel was sitting in there) and nothing. So I changed the oil again, and will continue to monitor the situation. I'm thinking everything should be good to go now though.
