I have plowmans performance kit which has different jet, exhaust and air box mods+ primary and secondary clutches, also governor bypass. I don't know your plans for cart but if you have lift and bigger tires and go off road call Plowmans and ask for Don if not available leave message and wait for him to call you back tell him what you want to use the cart for and he will set you up

Runs a little better with choke on. Spark Plug is new.

Default Winter Carting?

With lift kit it tilted motor down and looks like fuel vacuum line is maxed out/pinched could that cause it to not run right?

Pull the plug and inspect color, maybe running lean if choke improves performance.did this condition start after lift install or only with temp change if it was after lift, check choke and throttle cables for kinks or stretched,I had to readjust rear brake cables when I lifted cart would barely move.

I blame it on the lift lol it ran fine till put lift on and then the battery died in it (it was older battery in it) . lift has been on 4 weeks now and it ran great till this week once gotten colder weather ,

ill put old plug back in and see if that helps it just changed it on Saturday and ran cart Sunday and it ran great

I have brake issue where I put brake on and it wont release it I have to use my hand to pull it back in to place never had to do that before.

Your brake issue is probably corroded pivot bolt and or broken return spring

Took carb apart cleaned it. Cleaned jets. They little dirty. Runs better now when motor is warm. Still have to choke it some. Thinking about rejeting it. What size jet for cold temps?

Call Don at plowmans with his set up you will occasionally have to choke at startup when cold but within seconds it will be running good
