Default Yamaha g2 street legalization

Hey guys, I so my township has just passed legalization of golf carts for street use and I am thinking about doing so with my yamaha g2. I'm pretty stoaked because i spent the last 2 years and about $4,000 putting my cart together from the ground up.

I have a few problems I wanted to run by to see if any one could answer.#1 First after the 6" jakes lift i put on two years ago the front two tires seem to point in a lot. I have not found any spacers or adjustments for this. It eats up the tires really quick.

#2 Has anyone found a solution to the shakey headlights that are stock in the plastic bezel. Its driving me nuts.

#3 I broke the lid to my airbox and can't find a new one and it runs terrible and sometimes won't stop. I was thinking about the K&N filter route but my carb is aftermarket so I wasn't sure if i would be able to find jets for it.

Thanks in advance!

1- camber or toe?

2- those arent stock. But adding a piece of sheetmetal or plastic to both sides where it mounts to the bezel helps (think huge washers)

3- yep, you have the general idea. If i had a "Mic-oh-no" carb laying around, i would check it for oem jet compatability/fit.

To my understanding, you can still buy a new air cleaner lid. Get a hold of G1-G9, he has everything!! Or call venders on this site!!

My car is street legal, I needed head lights, tail lights brake lights and a license plate light, a horn, and a foot rest on driver side!!

Thanks for the input. I will probably add a piece of sheet metal or something behind the light itself. Not sure what exactly to do with the toe-in. The lift is only set on the second highest setting due to the toe. otherwise it would be twice as bad.

Also here is my towns rules for street legalization.
Required Safety Equipment

Brakes
Steering Apparatus
Tires
Horn (Electric, Air, Mechanical)
Rearview Mirror
Headlight visible up to 500 feet
Taillight visible up to 100 feet
LED Side Marker Lights (For Emergency Flasher / Turn Signals)
Brake Lights
Slow Moving Vehicle Emblem/Placard on the rear of the vehicle
All golf carts are required to have seatbelts and comply with Child Safety Passenger Safety Laws
All occupants are required to wear seatbelts and safety seats are required to transport children

Also I think the mud terrains are coming off because its rattling everything loose when on pavement or gravel.

Do you think i would be all right with some all-terrains on the street?

Tires are fine. Search toe in, in the search feature up top. Many articles on that here!! It is imparitave that toe is set correctly!!
