Default 2004 club car precedent quits running in forward

I need some help trying to fix a problem with my cart.It will run a couple of minutes in forward when I first start driving it but will stop. I can pump the petal and it may move only a few feet and quit again. If I put it in reverse it runs great. I changed out the mcor with a new one,but it's still going the same thing. The batteries are new, the controller has been rebuilt.I have reset the obc and nothing seems to help. The only thing that I have noticed is that when in reverse the back-up buzzer works intermittently. Also read a thread on testing the speed controller on the motor and if I did the test correctly it doesn't stop the cart in runaway mode.Could this be the problem.Any advise and help would be appreciated.

Another thing to check is the connection to the key switch and the key switch itself. I had very similar issues and found it to be a loose quick disconnect terminal on the key switch. It could also be the key switch itself is making poor and/or inrtermittent contact.

I checked ignition switch and forward/reverse switch and both checked ok.I found a IQ trouble shooting site where it explained how to ohm the speed sensor switch and I believe that is the problem. If anyone is interested in checking out this site it's
http://gaminde.net/clubcar/sch/Club%...leshooting.pdf

I have ordered the part that goes inside the sensor switch,
Digi-Key Part Number 620-1012-ND. $1.85 plus shipping.
Will let you know if this is the fix. Thanks again for the input.
