Got all the goody's coming from Scottyb this should solve the problem.
Just curious about what the problem was with the cart not pulling the hills? I have a 2013 txt with the same problem

MY guess would be big tires and stock controller. I'm going to try and solve that problem with everything scottyb's got.
Go big or go home. The grand kids better hold on.

Stock controller is a little baby one, totally lame for bigger tires.

Take a look at my modifications in my signature. My cart will take me, you, your two kids, and a dead buck up any hill or mountain in SW Pennsylvania. (Where hills are hills, and mountains are only beat by West VA.) Yeah Buddy!!

DL, Ezgo threw you a curve. The rear brakes on the older carts have the cables below the axle and would not have gotten in the way of the lift block. A lot of workhorse carts come the same as yours. The solution is to either but a kit made for a workhorse or swap the brake assemblies from right to left. I did the latter. Cables hang a little lower but work fine. Depending on how much lift you may have to replace the drivers side brake cable with a longer one.

Cart looks good btw

I'll be going out with it this weekend. My top speed was 14 with the old one. It is doing 15 in normal and 20 in mode 1 and 2.

Looks good. One question...why did you move the run/tow switch? The XCT comes with a bracket made for it....
