The golf cart is a one owner cart with 325hrs on it. He said he loosened up a 11mm bolt and cranked screw all the way and sometimes the rev limiter kicks in. But I didn’t expect it to back fire and lose power like it didn’t. If that’s the case, can I simply loosen up that 11mm bolt and turn the screw back in to correct it or does it need to be done at dealer?
