I had a few loose connections at the Starter/Generator! He cleaned them up and it seems too be fine now... fingers crossed [emoji1696]
The original cause of everything was the Voltage Regulator! Cart was running too high of a voltage!

BadAndy, was your issue the voltage regulator? My 97 has been intermitently doing the exact same things as in your video.
