FSIP thinks it is the controller that won’t allow it to go faster than stock.
The company I purchased it from might want me to send the whole motor back. I might just buy a new speed sensor for $30 just to get the cart up and running again. |

If you are able to get changes with your own magnet (which you said you did), the sensor isnt bad.
