Voltage reducer
I need a voltage reducer for my led lights for my havoc body kit. It will only be used for the led lights. Right now I am on a limited budget as I have spent too much on my other cart stuff. Can I get by with the one in the photo or am I asking for trouble. Thanks Rick

Re: Voltage reducer
I use those all the time at our dealership for cheaper builds and rentals ... they work fine.

Re: Voltage reducer
You may not need the reducer for just lights?.
Most lights are rated up to 20v. I just built a 2017 Precedent and found out that when installing the bucket harness, just hook it up to the + and - of the 2 batteries producing 16 volts if you have 8 volt batteries. Of course my LED lights are drawing from just 2 batteries and not the whole 48v but we don’t ride a lot or far at night. |
