Default 1990 club car ds 36v dead

My cart died yesterday on my way to hunting shack. I checked the battery’s after I charged them 6.7-7.0 each. The throttle seems sticky. When I press the throttle it wants to go but won’t. Do I need a new controller? Dumb question controller is throttle correct. Thanks

90 CC would be 36v ?
Are those readings voltage hot off the charger?
What is the pack reading when you try to go? Less, how much less?

Does the cart have a controller or resistor coils?

Yes off a fresh charge. And yes coils. Have not took a reading when I try moving. Also i installed a d&d 1:2 motor last week not sure if it has anything to do with it or not.

No ideas? Think it’s the v glide? How to trouble shoot? Could it be a solenoid ?

V-glide style cart with a sticky throttle I would say take the cover off the V-glide and look for melted contacts...also does the solenoid click when throttle is pressed...I'm assuming you said its "trying to move" that it does...

I have an,older Club Car too. I believe the culpret may be the throttle assembly contacts. Sticky throttle was my first sign of something going bad. When I pulked the cover off the throttle box, I found contacts smeared all over , and had to replace it. Fairly easy job.

Big motor on a V glide.....Not a good Idea without some upgrades. Now sticky throttle......melted V glide, sounds like.
