Default stabilizer

i have a 2004 ezgo with a 4inch lift i am running 22-11-10 stryker tires my problem is the front end wanders and there seems to alot free play in steering wheel any help will be greatfully acepted

There's a lot of little things that will cause that. Let's try these.
Air pressure
Wheel alignment
Loose components
Shocks and springs
Steering box

Test drive at 15-18psi. Check your aligment. You can visually inspect and see if it's off a lot, or always with a tape measure. Physically tighten all the steering components, and check the hub bearings for play.
Shock and springs are probably not the problem, but should be checked. The steering box can break and still operate, the gears can wear and/or break. All the parts are available and the gearbox is repairable...
