Nice, that manual will help you a lot.
Make sure you look through the instructions before starting the rebuild, as a lot of the steps, though helpful, are definitely not necessary. |

10-4 i just got rid of the cart and bought me a yami g16 limo. problem solved

just went through this on a cart. Someone had tried to service the rear end already and put it back together incorrectly. In addition to one of the plastic thrust plates (101892201) missing the synchronizer sleeve was upside down and the inserts were jammed in backwards. This lemon was then sold as just having some "shifting issues sometimes"

I have the same issue with 97 club car carryall 2 plus. Are the part numbers the same?
