Default G1 Speed

What kind of speed do y'all get out of stock G1? I'm getting 15mph max, which is pretty fine for me, but was wondering what others were getting or what could you do to possible tweak it a little? I'm not worried about taking the governor off cause it's fine right now, just curious.

Well heck, now I wanna go faster ha. What governor screw do you adjust? the way I see it as it's like there are several pieces all connected together. Including one down by the muffler.

I don't have a picture but I am pretty sure I saw it on a post on this site. Do a search for g1 governor. If I can find it again, I will get you a link for it.

Not with a G1, but I don't think I would go more than a mile or so at max rpm. I've done about 10 mile trip with stock tires fast as one would go with no problems but was not a regular thing. I had one that did around 30 with stock tires, but I worked on it a long time to get there.
