G1 smokes bad when driving
Any idea my cart smokes realy bad when i drive it ?

The muffler may be loaded with oil. Time for a BBQ? What kind of oil are you using? You should use a high-quality AIR-COOLED 2-stroke engine oil.

If you drive it for a while and get it hot then it smokes, its on fire inside because there is oil in there. You should run it hard until it stops smoking and it will not do it again, or not more than the tiny normal amount of smoke if you are running the injection system. If you do that when it stops smoking drive around easy to cool the muffler off it will be hot, usually takes maybe 10-15min of smoke and it gets darker blue and stops. Keep flooring it to get it burned out. Some carts the oil is too old and crusty in there and you take the muffler off and put in a big fire, a BBQ, to burn it out. They do plug up.
