electric motor will not turn
i have a 1991 ds 36v club car, the batteries are fully charged & tested, but when i push the pedal the motor just clicks

welcome to BGW..................jack the rear of cart up and jump the large post of solenoid turn key on put in gear and press pedal if cart runs......solenoid cause even a clicking solenoid can be bad...........have you load tested the batteries?................................

thanks! so i just need to jump each solenoid 1 at atime to see wich one is bad.

how many does it have? 91 should only have one solenoid......does it have 5 behind the batteries? if so the furthest left one is the master thats the one to jump the others are speeds..........................

Ijumped the coil to the right if you are looking from the front of cart and it started working. |
