Welcome to BGW TWINPA!!!

First of all I would start with The Ezgo Gas Tech section of this website and Im sure you will find something in their! If not what I ended up doing so I would have a hard copy is shop at shopezgo.com website and bought me a shop manual for the tranny/Diff and one for the engine. I can tell you they are very detailed!!

Like I said though check on here first if your not needing a hard copy!

It goes in gear good now that i adjusted the cabels before it was sloppy.
Jacked the back up took hubs off they are not stripped! Ran it, and the axlels ran slowly, and were running in the right directions For @ Rev. But you could stop them buy hand under power! The input shaft for the clutch is not stripped either. Clutch is working, and belt is not slipping.

this is normal, you will be able to stop the axle by hand, if both of them are off the ground

Yes try it out, only one wheel powers the cart, if one wheel is off the ground it will not move

Tires on this morning - works. Thank you
Snaps in gear, truly a good day! Now I'm going to tune it up, new plugs, air filter, oil.
Thanks again
