Default Help leaning out fuel mixture

2006 ezgo txt. I just installed the drive clutch & driven clutch springs, already had the shortened belt. For some cool reason the rear end has a big HS stamped on it, so even with these springs and belt it still tops out around 25mph. I love the springs.

My biggest concern right now is it burns rich. I pulled the plug (NGK) and it's definitely black. I've tried turning the adjustment carb screw but it still stinks going down the road. When the windshield's up all you can smell is gas fumes running down the road.

Any help would be fantastic. Thanks
