Well thanks! I've decided to go with 22x11-10 Sahara Classics and STI HD3's for the tire/wheel setup! I think it'll compliment the flat black that I'm going to paint it!!

Finally got my tires and wheels! Went with ITP Xtrails 22x10-10

Took it out to my deer camp and it passed every test: hill climb, mud, rocks, water, etc.

Awsome job so far!

It looks like you got it pretty figured out but if you have any questions feel free to hit me up under my second round build-up thread where I installed the Honda 420cc clone engine into my g2. Located in the big block clone forum under "Bit the Bullet...." I hope you continue to improve your cart and look forward to seeing new updates!

Thanks guys! and Banshee, I was actually going over your stuff yesterday about throwing in a HF engine. I have some questions like: Do you go any faster? or is it mainly a gain in power?
And sadly, I believe I shorted out the solenoid because she won't turn over at all. The battery is fine and actually is brand new. Thanks to a incompetent Walmart employee. That's a whole 'nother story. Anyways, when I jump from the battery straight to the starter/generator the motor turns over. Any clues? Should I just order a new solenoid maybe?

on the end of the solonoid is a button like piece, you should be able to push it and make it crank,

if you think it's been shorted out check the fuses by the voltage regulator, it's on top of the left hand rear tire, they look like black inline fuseholders. pull them apart and check

Yeah I would check the fuses by the voltage regulator. I would sometimes blow a fuse due to the battery being overcharged after long higher speed trail runs. Run a voltage check after you get the cart to start and run again. If voltage climbs upwards to 16V while you have steady throttle then either the voltage regulator is overcharing or the battery has a bad cell and is passing voltage through it too fast. Hard to explain. This is just what I have ran into while running wal-mart batteries. If it is under warranty, discharge the battery and take it back for a replacement. Sometimes they will try to tell you it can be recharged but the fact is that even if the battery is fully charged...it wont have sufficient cranking amps. Voltage is one thing but amp capacity and steady current under load make a good battery.
