I will check connections and voltage tomorrow. The wires are #6 and the wire I bought is #4 stranded. But this new wire does not have the heavy insulation as the #6 that is on the cart now. Also the wiring might not look right because the batteries are not in the same direction. Thanks Guys maybe a new set of wires will help on the torque to get it up inclines.

Put batteries in right position, cleaned wires and checked voltage. Had 38.5 pack, 38.5 at charge plug, 38.5 at battery side of solenoid, and 33.2 at controller side. jacked up rear and put in forward, only right wheel is turning. ?Don't think this is right so took pictures and back to forum.

only one wheel will turn , rear not locked ... looks good , try it !
