ok red wire with fuse should goto battery positive 12v. two little red/black harnesses with white pluge should goto lights? white plug in your hand black wire with ring should be ground. black wire with red connector may be jumper for another ground wire? is there another black wire with a male connector or a red wire with a female connector?

Ok I'm suppose to ground to battery on yamaha and not frame, so I'm assuming I need to buy more wire to tie the black grounds together and run to battery? Also, I'm still confused on red extra wire coming from tail lights? The headlights have a plug for red wire.

No you can do a ground to the frame as long as it's a good ground to bare metal

From what I've read, yamaha carts have issues when grounding to frame

To be safe, just ground it to the battery.

The extra taillight wire is for the brake/turn filament in the bulb.
