Never do This
Was Gonna save me some money , I took my old shocks off of my 97 ezgo to a parts store ( I've got Connections)lol We done a little research , Came up with some shocks for $16.95 each that would fit like a dream . Fit great even lifted the cart up a little more .
But , you better have good Bladder control when you head out , That Sucker Will shake you to Death . |

Re: Never do This
If you have original springs, they could have sagged a little. That means your shocks could possibly be bottoming out making the cart ride rough. Mine did before I put on new springs and lifted it 1.5 inches.

Yep,and from my experience, you want to stay away from gas-charged shocks that are automotive-based,since they are valved for a lot heavier vehichle.Hope this helps.
