It will run down the road 1/4 mile, and turn around run not as strong, get to the house let it sit 3-5 Min and It will not run and if it does it's week and dies.

I would start by making sure the valves are adjusted to spec.

Are the cooling fins full of dirt? You have to take the cowling loose to check. Could also be a coil maybe ignitor going bad when it gets hot but they usually start cutting out spark. Also check the fuel tank venting some are the cap some also have a vent on the tank. You can loosen the cap and take a spin to test. After that check all the fuel and pulse lines for cracks any leaks can cause issue though it seems more heat related.

Check and found the Ignitor box is cracked and water has entered box, rust and crosion inside.
So where can I find a replacement used or new box J38-82305-20

You won't find much better price for a new one. Your best bet is a used piece. Post a thread in the parts section and see if anyone responds. You might want to put a picture of your part in there also.
