UMAX spring is always black, never white or red, without huge diameter coils like the white & red springs. shoe ramps are available & in stock at any yamaha dealer selling any significant amount of gas carts.

Thank haven't order it yet the spring is $10.60. I like using Yamaha parts. I'm going thur the whole cart.

You will be pleasently impressed with the Umax!! I used one for 6 years!!

I'm using a Plowmans set up now, (yellow spring and cut sheave, with shorter belt), and it is better!! Makes the car feel more sure of itself!!

I have a plowmans setup on my 2007 g29 it kicks ***. I may do a jet and air filter setup from him. It's running great now I'm into to mine 1996 for Around $1500 our campground has a lot of hills it goes up hills good just want it to do better with out spending a lot.

So this red spring is really stiff. Idk how to compress it ?? Don't have a c clamp big enough for it. Any idea ms?

Use a ratchet strap wrapped around the sheave and tranny!!

Have 6" lift on it here. So just took left rear tire off. .
