'96 Gas EZGO, Good Clutches but no FWD or REV
My 1996 gas metal cart's engine runs well. The clutches seem to be working fine but the cart will not move forward or reverse. With the rear of the cart raised, the right wheel spins but is easily stopped. Thoughts? Thanks!

Probably a stripped hub.

^^Agree with Cart Around. I see them all the time. The splines on the axle shaft are almost always OK, but the splines in the hub of the brake drum strip out. With the cart on the ground, running in gear (use a helper) look closely at the nuts on the ends of the axles. Is one of them turning, but the wheel is not? That's your culprit.

Thanks to both! That was exactly the problem.
