Default EzGo 3pg HEI Install Fail Please Help

I just finished up installing the HEI mod. I did it by the book, Swapped my blue and red pulser leads and it ran! I fouled a plug fast so I read on and upgraded to the NGK Iridium BKR5EIX and gapped it at .032 as was mentioned in the conversion thread. It ran great and about 10 minutes in it died and I mean it has spark and fuel and now all it will do is turn over. Please help!

Fouling that fast could be a ripped diaphragm in the fuel pump.

Oh that last sentence is hilarious!!!! I had just come in from testing the Pulsar which is good thank God! I have HOT spark all the way out of the spark plug and plenty of it! It's hit me plenty today. So the fuel system was my next point of attack. At least I'm my defense the old coil was completely corroded so the HEI swap hopefully wasn't a complete loss lol!

Ok so I just went out and checked the vacuum hose coming into the pump and it has good suction. I checked the pump output and I don't know how much it should be pumping but it sure ain't pumping much.

It will still pump with a ripped diaphragm. Fuel will enter the lower end, and foul the plug.

It has to be taken apart to visually check the diaphragm.

A healthy pump will also put out a strong squirt several inches.

Yeah its definitely not squirting. If I hold it straight up it barely pumps out of the line.

Wait a minute. Did you open up the pump to see what's inside?

no. for $12 it wasn't worth it. If it's not that it can only be the crank case seals right? I checked the vacuum line for pin holes as well as the Vacuum outlet from the crank case to make sure it was working and it seems to be. Pushes my finger off the hole a lil. I have strong spark and a good plug. Let me know if you concur.

OK so I removed the pump and found a small piece of hard plastic stuck in one of the small circular valve flaps which I removed and it seemed to seat fine, and other than looking a lil worn the diaphragms are in tact with no rips. I cleaned and reassembled and reinstalled it and still no fuel. I removed the spark plug and fuel starts pumping... I put the plug back in and no pumping. Would that indicate the pump is working and the case seal is blown?
Or would it just have less resistance since the plug is out? I am stumped. The new pump is ordered but I am beginning to wonder if its not the crank seal.
