1989 EZGO engine cradle broken
hey there. I recently purchased a 1989 gas ezgo to do a restomod type thing. I thought I was in pretty good shape..... that is until I went to remove the engine and found that the cradle was split in half. this in itself is not an issue as I am a welder fabricator and can build another one no problem. the issue is that when I was mocking the old one up I noticed a bend in the forward section right around where the starter is mounted. both sides are bent this way. my question is: is the bend supposed to be there, if so what degree is it bent up.
