Well I got the cart a couple weeks ago it wasn’t running had mice nests everywhere destroyed air cleaner etc... when I checked the oil it was full but black idk if that means it didn’t burn oil before I changed that before even trying to start it .I have lots of new stuff to put on it but wanted to make sure it at least ran it cranked but wouldn’t start but I sprayed starter fluid it ran for a little sounded fine didnt notice any smoke but it was dark and didn’t run long at all.. until it burned starter fluid off
