G14 & G16 frames
I bought a G14 as a parts buggy & it’s been a treasure-trove of parts for the G16.
I know the gas tank & battery are reversed on the 14, but other than that are there any other differences that would prevent using a 14 frame for a 16? |

Re: G14 & G16 frames
If you try to use the G16 engine with the gas tank on the drivers side, there will be interference issues.
When I did it, I had to use the smaller "JW8 muffler retrofit kit" muffler. And installed heat shielding on the gas tank. |

Re: G14 & G16 frames
I was thinking more along the lines of taking the 14 bare frame & building it back as a 16 with battery & gas tank placement as a 16.

Re: G14 & G16 frames
That's a better plan, I did the conversion of G16 motor into G14 because they were attached to the cart, but not the cost of finding & rebuilding a decent G14 motor (theirs had too much damage to rebuild)
